Refund and Returns Policy

While I’d like to cover the cost of the items I create, in the end, I want this to be a ministry and I’m not in this to get rich. I hope that the things I create will be a source of encouragement and challenge, as well as being enjoyable. Everyone has different preferences, and you may decide that my books, music, and photographs aren’t for you. I hope that you’ll give them a chance and fair consideration. If you are dissatisfied, I will take you at your word. I hope you will see value in these things and choose to support what I’m trying to do here. Also, if before purchasing you feel you can’t afford an item, send me an email. If possible, I’ll provide you with a coupon code to reduce the price.

For digital items:

Digital items will always be refunded for legitimate reasons. If you are dissatisfied contact me and I will issue a refund within 30 days of your verified purchase. If you have problems with your download, send me an email to: thejamesjenningsproject@gmail.com and I’ll try to respond quickly. This is not my primary job, and I don’t check every day.

For shipped items:

Framed photographs, please send me an email for details. If you aren’t fully satisfied, you may return them in new condition. I will refund the full amount you paid but you must pay for the return shipping.

In all cases, if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
